That means, did you purchase an 'upgrade' to your orginal YouCam software at any time? I ask because I went to the Cyberlink website and checked; the LabelPrint Updates applies to purchased software. The text implies that LabelPrint is part of a purchased package and not something one gets for free. It does not mean anything, of course, but I do not find LabelPrint in my standard (non-upgraded) HP provided Cyberlink YouCam software folder. I could have a more primitive setup and not realize it.

Maybe new computers come with LabelPrint as part of the Cyberlink YouCam package? ====================================================================================== You can reinstall the HP provided Cyberlink YouCam software from your computer's website. Be sure to take an extended look at what’s available. ================================================================================== HPSA might have wiped out a purchased / Upgraded version of Cyberlink YouCam from the system and then it was unable to reinstall the bits because the software needed does not exist in the HP list of available software.

The 'we found this on your system, do you want to uninstall and continue' message probably came from the original program and not from HPSA. The collapse was a combination of errors.

As to getting HPSA to reinstate the Update List: If your version of the HPSA shows the option anywhere, you can ask it to 'Check for Updates'. Otherwise, the only way I know to reset the software is to wipe HPSA off the computer (Remove it) and then reinstall HPSA from scratch. I hope this helps, or at least makes sense of what might have happened.
