Hi I just got my touchpad. I was trying to download WebOS doctor. I went to Logged into my account. It sees my device on as a HP touchpad. I click on Device Options and hit Get Web OS doctor and then I get taken to another screen with says: My model # is FB454UT#ABA. Hp Dc 5300 Drivers more.
I am not sure if it is model specific problem. Most models sold by HP were FB355UT#ABA. Any help will be great. Error: Sorry, that is not a valid serial number. To get webOS Doctor: Pick Again 1.
