However, the ink does not flow properly may be due to low pressure. As a result, I cannot print anything as my laptop detect my printer as running out of ink, when actually I sill have a lot of ink.
The ink only flow when as in the ink bottle need placed in much higher places than the printer. However if I put it in a lower places or in the same level as the printer, the ink does not flow and go back to the ink bottle. Can you help me to fix this?
